The decision to join the administrative team at Elation Physical Therapy was an easy one because Physical Therapy encompasses the patient's overall well-being. She enjoys watching patients improve both physically and emotionally through the therapeutic process.
In her spare time outside of work, Mimi enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She loves watching the Simpsons and playing the Sims.

After graduating from the University of Houston in 2009, Mimi attended Houston Community College's Pharmacy Technician Program and Prairie View A&M University's School of Nursing. Her interests have broadened to include Holistic Medicine and Positive Psychology.
Raquelyn Obregon
Front Office Coordinator | Pearland
Raquelyn is a Houston-native, born and raised. Her favorite thing about working in the front office is being the first point of contact for all patients. She plays a vital role in scheduling patients to make sure they are keeping up with their appointments and loves to see the progress they are making as they walk through the doors every visit.
Outside of work she likes to travel, hits the slots, and foster kittens, which she considers a free form of therapy!

Angela Washington

Angela was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. Before relocating to Houston in 2022, she worked as a patient access representative and family support specialist. Her favorite thing about the move was meeting so many welcoming and friendly faces.
Relocating provided her with the opportunity to join the team at Elation Physical Therapy, and the decision to work with such a wonderful group of people came very easy. After interviewing with Dr. Roy and meeting the staff, she instantly knew this would be a great place for her. The energy and vibe of everyone is so positive and inviting.
After work, she enjoys watching television and crafting. She is also on the search for the perfect puppy!

Tony Navarro
Front Office Coordinator | Houston Heights
Tony is a Houston-native and started his front office career working in the dental field in 2012. He made the transition to physical therapy in 2022 and has no regrets. He loves being in the health professions and really enjoys helping people.
It was an easy decision for him to join the team at Elation Physical Therapy because he strongly believes in the mission and vision. The TEAM is all about improving quality of life for their patients.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with his family and friends. He is an admitted reality television junkie, and a couple of his favorites are The Challenge, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and The Real Housewives of ANY CITY!
